How to View Service Roster


1.Sign In to your MyCommunityHub account.  

2.Click Administration in the top menu.

3.You should be at Administration Dashboard. Click Setup/Modify Service in the Registration Setup section.

4.Search for the service you want to view by typing the service name or service number in the “Search by Keyword” field. You can also filter through results by clicking the purple Filters button in top right-hand corner. This will display a dropdown of all filter options. Once you set the filters, click Search and only the services that fit your needs will show.

5.Click “View/Edit” for the service you want to view the roster of, or click the name of the service.

6.Click “Participants”. You should be at the Participants section of this service (where you can see everyone registered).

7.You can also click Waitlist to see who is on the waitlist for this service. You can also click Wishlist to see which customers have put this service on their Wishlist.
